Jewellery making introduction course - September October 2026

Learn the art of jewellery making in an intimate group setting in Amsterdam

Join me for a hands-on beginner jewellery course designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of silversmithing. Over four Tuesday evenings, I’ll guide you through essential techniques, from wax carving to soldering, and share everything I know about tools, materials, making process, design, and the business. Besides learning the craft, also get personal advice on setting up your own jewellery studio, improving your design, fine tune your branding, and utilise social media effectively.

Each class is limited to a maximum of six participants, ensuring plenty of personal guidance and a relaxed, creative and fun atmosphere.

Course Schedule (18:30 - 22:00):

• Day 1: Introduction to jewellery & basic silver smithing techniques (making a ring, a pair of earrings, and a necklace pendant)

• Day 2: Introduction to wax carving (sculpting your own design)

• Day 3: Introduction to silver clay

• Day 4: Polishing and final Q&A

Whether you’re completely new to jewellery making or looking for a creative new hobby or career, this course offers a solid foundation in traditional jewellery making skills — and you will bring home your own creation during the course.

• A full refund is available for cancellations made up to 14 days before the course start date.

• For cancellations made within 14 days, a 50% refund will be issued.

• No refund is possible for cancellations made within 7 days of the start date.

• If you cannot attend a specific session, you may request to rebook for another date, subject to availability, or gift your workshop to another person.
